LEED CERTIFICATION
Ampajen Solutions specializes in LEED for Green Building Operations & Maintenance (O+M) consulting. This is the program used by existing, occupied buildings to achieve LEED certification. Whether going through the process for the first time, or looking for help with recertification, we can help.

CLASSES & TRAINING
Ampajen Solutions provides formal training for the LEED Green Associate exam, as well as coaching for the LEED AP with Specialty exams. The USGBC updated the accreditation exams in June, 2014 to include content for LEED v4. We have a 99% pass rate on the new test!
LEED Green Associate Preparatory Class
The class includes home study accompanied by either weekly webinars (using WebEx) or a live, two-day class. Participants must purchase the Core Concepts Guide from the USGBC. All other materials (two additional readings, study guide/handout completed in class, flashcards, cheat sheets, over 250 practice test questions) will be furnished by Ampajen Solutions.
LEED AP with Specialty Preparatory Class or Coaching
We teach a LEED AP O+M class and provide coaching for the other exams. Please contact us for pricing and more information.
FITWEL & OTHER SERVICES
As people learn more about the relationships between their environment and their health, commercial real estate is looking to attract tenants concerned with the health and productivity of their staff.
Fitwel is a certification that is much more cost-effective than WELL, and tends to be more readily achievable for existing, occupied buildings.
We also assist projects with waste audits, either for LEED certification or to understand how to divert more waste from the landfill.
Completing a live transportation and satisfaction survey can help with LEED v4.1 certification.
We also complete air testing for LEED v4.1 (carbon dioxide and total volatile organic compounds).
