How much water does your diet cost?
As we head into the season of firing up the grill and outdoor BBQs, take a moment to think about the actual "cost" of your food. For example, one 8 oz. stake takes approximately 920 gallons of water to produce. If you were to use 920 gallons when taking a shower, that would be a SEVEN hour shower! Yikes! Go ahead and fire up that grill (we don't want to rain on anyone's BBQ -- that would be terrible!), but it's helpful to be informed about the actual cost of food production.
